Shining Visitors at Snowy Mosque

Author: Shahid (USA) / Location of story: Maryland
Story: Some people make it a priority to perform these prayers at the Masjid, even when the weather is inclement. Despite the snowstorm, Dr. Islam Kamal decided to attend the Fajr Salat at the Laurel Masjid. The fresh snow provided good traction and he drove to the Masjid without any incident, Alhumdulillah. Upon entering the parking lot he noticed that there were no other vehicles, and he parked the car, opened the front door with his key and entered the Masjid. After, calling the Azan he proceeded to perform the Sunnah prayer. Upon completion of the Sunnah he noticed that three young men had entered the Masjid and were also performing the Sunnah prayer in the row behind him. They were similar in features, had beards, dressed in long thobes (mens gowns) off-white in color, wore turbans, and their faces were shining. He did not recognize any of them. However, he suggested to them about delaying the Salat for five minutes from 6:10 a.m. to 6:15 a.m. to give time for the Imam and others to join the Salat. They did not reply. At 6:15 a.m. and since no once else had entered the Masjid, Dr. Kamal got up to lead the Salat. One of the three individuals recited the Iqamah in a beautiful voice. At this time Dr. Kamal thought to himself that if this individual had came early, he should have called the Azan. After Surah Fatiha, all three individuals in unison recited aloud, “Ameen”.
After completion of the Salat, while Dr. Kamal was making Tasbih, the three individuals got up and left the Masjid. In a few minutes Dr. Kamal also got up, turned off the lights and decided to leave. After locking the door of the Masjid and heading towards his car Dr. Kamal noticed that there were no tire tracks of any other vehicle in the parking lot, and no evidence of any foot prints (the snow in the parking lot was one foot or more), and any disturbance in the snow would be very easily noticeable.
